Our Shipping / Return Policy

Turnaround

FROM THE STUDIO -Studio pieces are released in small batches. If there is a piece that has sold out, you can pre-order to which then your selection becomes Crafted Upon Request and begins its creation once your order is placed. A typical creation and shipping time is estimated to be 7-14 days, depending on my production schedule. All orders are shipped within 24 hours once production is complete. Batches are restocked twice a month.

Carriers

I use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, I will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel the order, if you choose to backout of the purchase.

  • How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

  1. Please email Elysianarchwell@gmail.com to request a refund within the first 3 days of receiving the item. I will assign you a tracking #.
  2. Mail your returned item to: Elysian Archwell | C/O Returns Department | 7930 Eagle Ranch Rd Fort Collins, CO 80528
  3. Provide a statement for the return and the original receipt within the package.

Return Exceptions Jewelry that has been worn, used, or altered WILL NOT be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges If your jewelry piece is unworn, unused and in its original condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or different piece of jewelry. If there is a price difference, then you are expected to pay the difference. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will still have to pay return shipping.
